NLSP ADVANCED PRACTITIONER PROGRAMME Who is this course for? This programme is aimed at those who have realised the benefits of attending the NLSP Practitioner Programme and are keen to further deepen their understanding of Neuro-Linguistic Sports Psychology. Course Summary Many of the elements (including Emotional Resilience, Focus, Goal-setting and Self-Belief) covered in the Practitioner's Programme are extended and taken to advanced levels. Additionally there are some totally new topics including:

  • Energy Control
Managing energy is a critical feature of world-class performers - but how do you learn to do it….and do it better than the competition? When the time comes to 'turn on the after-burners' what reserves will you be able to call on? For the Advanced Practitioner Programme we have developed a 'Black Belt' approach that allows you to truly control the way you utilise your energy.
  • Sports Hypnosis
Any fan of Derren Brown or Paul Mckenna will have noticed that hypnosis, when used cleverly, is capable of truly astounding results. NLSP hypnosis is a million miles from stage hypnotism utilising a clinical approach that will enable you to use hypnotic states and language to boost the effects of any NLSP intervention. For those who really wish to master sports hypnosis there is always the option to take a dedicated NLSP Hypnosis course - simply let us know of your interest.
  • 'Dynamic Centering'
The NLSP Advanced Practitioner Programme also examines mental states associated with eastern philosophies and martial arts - for example the concept of 'centering' whereby energy and thought are focused into a centre point to provide a vastly improved sense of balance and control. Considered alongside the 'No Mind' concept Dynamic Centering provides you with the perfect recipe for sharpening your focus and concentration.
  • Relentless Enthusiasm
One thing we all know about motivation is that it fluctuates - sometimes a little, sometimes greatly. What we also know is that if you're going to make it to the very top you need to show the kind of 'relentless enthusiasm' that Tiger Woods, Steve Redgrave and David Beckham showed as youngsters. It is easy when it's a nice summer's day - but how do you inculcate this on cold, wet, windy winter days when you are not feeling at your best?
